At Dotti, a fast-fashion brand catering to young fashion enthusiasts aged 16-25 with a trendy, feminine, and social personality, I played a pivotal role in streamlining operations. Initially, the workflow among stakeholders was disorderly, builds had numerous errors, and deadlines were not consistently met. As my responsibilities expanded to include a direct report, I took charge of hiring and developing new team members.
Implementing effective workflow systems, standardizing files, and providing comprehensive training resulted in the team consistently delivering error-free work well ahead of deadlines. With a smooth operational foundation in place, I spearheaded a homepage redesign to align with the brand’s objective of a more fashion-focused approach.
